Os nossos produtos são enviados durante todo o ano de mais de 10 países de todo o mundo, tais como os Países Baixos, França, Bélgica, Reino Unido, Itália, Espanha, Hong Kong, Emirados Árabes Unidos, Canadá e EUA. Estes frutos encontram o seu caminho para várias cadeias de supermercados, lojas especializadas e mercados grossistas na Europa, Ásia e Médio Oriente.

CONTROLO DOS RESÍDUOS DE PESTICIDAS

Ofereça aos seus clientes um produto como frutos exóticos que respeitem os LMR (limites máximos de resíduos) estabelecidos pela UE.
Para atingir este objectivo, temos um grupo de agrónomos que monitorizam constantemente as aplicações no campo e recolhemos amostras de resíduos de pesticidas nas frutas para serem analisadas antes de cada carregamento.

Wages should be paid in the legal tender at regular intervals; where partial payment of wages is made in kind, it should be fair and reasonable. Workers shall be free to dispose of their wages as they see fit. In accordance with the laws of the Colombian Government, the Government establishes the mechanism for the fixing of minimum wages to enable the determination and periodic review of minimum wage rates. Alnattural guarantees the principle of equal remuneration for men and women for work of equal value.
The principle of freedom of association is at the heart of ILO values: It is enshrined in the ILO Constitution (1919), the ILO Declaration of Philadelphia (1944), and the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work (1998). It is also a right proclaimed in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948). This is why Alnattural must ensure that this fundamental human right is respected. We guarantee the right of workers and employers to form organizations of their own choosing and to join them without prior authorization. Workers' and employers' organizations shall enjoy adequate protection against any act of anti-union discrimination, including the requirement that a worker shall not join a trade union or shall cease to be a member of a trade union or shall dismiss a worker on the ground of membership or participation in trade union activities. The principles of freedom of association must be fully respected; rural workers' organizations must be independent and voluntary and must remain free from any interference, coercion or repression.
Our ethical behaviour, our integrity, honesty and independence, is undoubtedly the best way to be different and successful. In dealing with our clients, our suppliers, our allies, and each other, we are all responsible for acting freely, professionally and honestly. This is our right and at the same time our duty. The ethical conduct of all professionals is a priority objective for Alnattural. Therefore, the partners, directors and the manager are committed to the principles of this Code of Ethics and Conduct. We will ensure its compliance, correcting those behaviours that deviate from its contents.

Failure to comply with the rules of this Code could result in significant risks to the company and its people, and will therefore be subject to individual disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
